INTERESTED IN A RIVER TABLE?

We pride ourselves in being able to tell a story with a table, to know the exact place that the tree was taken down. We want each one of our slabs to have a history that our clients resinate with, being able to sit around the dining table and tell their guests the history of their table. We work with local sawyers to hand select the perfect slabs to make our river tables. Our clients work with our designer/carpenter to build the table of their dreams. These tables are not just a piece of furniture, but a work of art!

HOW OUR river TABLES ARE MADE…

After the design process and the deposit has been made we hand select your slabs for the table. Each of the slabs have been dried to the appropriate moisture content and ready for the pour. We build a mold for your table and pour the epoxy. This is tedious step that requires just the right conditions. We closely monitor temperature and air moisture ensuring that the epoxy cures at the right pace. Depending on the thickness and length of the table the epoxy stage can require multiple pours. After this process we flatten and sand the table to the correct specification. We custom build the base of the table per the design. We then buff the table to let the true beauty of the wood slabs shine through. Once the river table meets our quality standards we schedule the delivery with our client. We always hand deliver our river tables.

Some of our clients choose to be hands on with the construction of their table. We schedule dates for our clients to come up to our shop to see the process and different stages of the building process. This allows the client to fully understand the art and craftsmanship that goes into the build of their table.
